Day 1: Arusha / Moshi – Tarangire National Park
Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from Arusha or Moshi, followed by a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park. Famous for its massive elephant herds and towering baobab trees, Tarangire is a photographer’s paradise.
During the game drive, you’ll encounter elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, and over 400 bird species. With its unique river system, Tarangire attracts wildlife year-round, making it one of Tanzania’s most rewarding parks.
In the late afternoon, drive to your lodge or tented camp near Ngorongoro Conservation Area for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater Safari – Return to Arusha / Moshi
After an early breakfast, descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the best safari spots in Africa. The crater floor is home to an astonishing concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, hyenas, flamingos, and the rare black rhino.
You’ll enjoy a half-day game drive on the crater floor, stopping for a picnic lunch at a scenic spot. After lunch, continue exploring before driving back to Arusha or Moshi, arriving in the late afternoon or evening.
